Architecture began as a challenge to create a living
style that would bring the great outdoors inside. Continuous
walls of glass span the full home's rear, maximized
by surrounding 3 walls of the great room in tall transom-topped
windows.
Views are brought to the master bedroom, dining area
(20 feet long), and both of the upstairs bedrooms. These
rooms all have bay effect windows. This is the ultimate
layout for lake lot, wooded lot or any grand view you
wish to capture.
Other innovations include a tall "teepee"
vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom. The master is
also creatively designed to give an equal travel path
from both sides of the bed to the bath and closet. The
2-story foyer has an area to centerpiece either a greeting
couch or a piano. The great room boasts balanced seating
for 11 (with space for 2 recliners) wrapping around
the 3-sided fireplace and (up to) a 70-inch television.
