1. Dinette/Kitchen Expansion: Adds 65 square feet. The dinette area is bumped out four feet. This option includes an added window, enlarged kitchen island, and pantry. This option also includes creating a rear hall closet near the laundry, and a wider laundry with hanging area.
2. Deluxe Master Bath: Adds 49 square feet. The bathroom is pushed out four feet from the side of the home and includes a 6- foot whirlpool tub, twin sinks, linen closet, a private toilet area, extra window, and even a separate over-sized 5-foot shower stall. This version also expands the master walk-in closet approximately two feet!
3. Rear Bedroom/Adds Den: Adds 203 square feet. This 13’ x 12’6 expansion to the rear of the home allows the former front bedroom to be converted to a den accessed from the foyer with an arched entry, or allows three bedrooms to be created on this side of the home.
4. Master Bedroom/Great Room Expansion: Adds 50 square feet. This option may also be separated into two separate options (only when added to option A).
5. Den To Front Expansion: Adds 203 square feet allowing three bedrooms to be included, with a den accessed from the foyer. or four bedrooms on this side of the home.
